Descripción del trabajoDevelop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Design, optimize, and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Work closely with stakeholders in the banking sector to understand user needs and business requirements. Participate in user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX / UI design. Work in a hybrid model from Madrid, attending the office twice a week.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 5 years of experience as a UX / UI Designer.
- Proven experience in the banking sector.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite for design and prototyping.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Solid knowledge of Web and App (Web APP) design.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and fluent English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
