Partnerships Manager / Account Manager – Airline, Aviation & Airports
We’re recruiting on behalf of an award‑winning, fast‑growing travel brand for an experienced Partnerships or Account Manager to join their aviation team in Spain.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong airline, airport, or ground operations experience — or a background in B2B account management or service delivery within aviation or ground transport.
The role is hybrid, ideally based around Barcelona, though other locations across Spain (including the Balearics or Canary Islands) will be considered.

You’ll be the main contact for key airline and aviation partners, building strong commercial relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Salary : up to €55,000 + 20% personal bonus + annual company bonus
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
