Descripción del trabajoCoordinating the control management of the project at every stage. Planning and monitoring of the project budget. Management control reports to the Construction Manager and the Director of the project. Monthly reports and budget variance analysis. Installing a management control system in the project. Monitoring parameters established with customers, partners, and direction in the headquarters. Training and experience in financial control systems in civil construction projects. Analysing the information received, inspecting, and treating any deviations. Management and certification of any contract variation. Analysis and monitoring of risk and opportunities. Preparation of claims. Close collaboration with other departments such as Contract, Planning, and Procurement.

Requirements
- Total experience 8 – 10 years.
- English proficiency minimum C1.
- Based in Norway.
- Working stability in first-class construction or engineering companies, ideally in Europe and the UK.
- Experience in delivering projects of over 100 million Euros.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing cost control & civil infrastructure projects.
