Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Project Cost Manager to lead our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project costs, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Responsibilities Direct a team of project control specialists assigned to the project.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project cost, schedule, and budget plans to meet project objectives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing effective risk management strategies.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project issues and develop solutions.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Coordinate project control systems, incorporating stakeholder requirements.
Analyze project schedules, identifying potential claims, and develop contract claim support.
Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, change requests, and status reports.
Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
PMP certification is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, with expertise in project controls and proven track record through all project phases.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience in technical and economical evaluation of different technical solutions, including implication on project cost, schedule, and risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clearly conveying information to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Leadership skills to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals, including setting clear vision, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and requirements, being able to pivot when necessary to keep the project on track.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Effective problem-solving skills, identifying potential issues, developing solutions, and implementing plans to address them.
Availability to travel and work at site.
