We are seeking a creative, proactive, and adaptable People Partner in Barcelona, Spain to support our Product Group. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Analytics, and Head of Design, playing a key part in shaping the team’s success. By bringing strategic expertise, innovative solutions, and proactive leadership to the table, you’ll help define the HR landscape for our Product Group.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Product Group, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
• Lead talent management efforts, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions.
• Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
• Utilize data and analytics to shape HR strategies and make informed decisions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management skills within the marketing domain.
• Join the People Partners community to collaborate on vision and strategy while maintaining full autonomy within your dedicated teams.
