Habeno is looking for a Partner Manager to strengthen and expand our collaboration with real estate agencies in the Costa del Sol. This is a key role where you will turn partnerships into business opportunities and help drive our inflow to new levels.
Habeno is a leading mortgage broker in Spain, specializing in helping international clients finance their homes. We work closely with banks and real estate partners to simplify the mortgage process and create a seamless customer experience. As part of our growth journey, we are now looking for a Partner Manager with strong commercial drive and passion for building long-term partnerships with real estate agencies in Costa del Sol.
As Partner Manager, you will be on the frontline of our commercial growth. Your mission is to develop both existing and new real estate partnerships, ensuring that Habeno becomes the preferred financing partner in the region. Managing and deepening relationships with existing real estate partners.
Actively prospecting and onboarding new agencies into the Habeno network.
Training and educating agents on Habeno's value proposition, processes, and tools.
Following up on performance and creating joint action plans to increase volumes.
Working closely with the commercial team to secure high conversion and partner satisfaction.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within real estate, finance, or related sectors.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus, Swedish, Dutch, German etc.).
Based in or willing to work in Costa del Sol, with strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
