Solution Engineer Salesforce (all genders)

Overview

As a Solution Engineer Salesforce in our Business Solutions team, you’ll shape how we work by analyzing business challenges and designing workflow-driven solutions. Based partly in our Barcelona office (three days per week on site), you’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments. From customizing Salesforce to integrating it with SAP and Microsoft 365, your work will unlock new ways for our teams to collaborate and deliver value. You’ll balance hands-on solution building with guiding external partners to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into workflow-based solution proposals.
• Customize Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to optimize business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.
• Coordinate with external Salesforce developers and ensure quality standards.
