Job Description We're hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Quick Commerce Global Services team in Barcelona, to support the Delivery Hero Group's ecosystem.
Your Mission In this role, you'll combine Glovo's vibrant, fast-paced culture with the reach and complexity of the Delivery Hero Group, one of the world's largest local delivery platforms. You'll be part of a Central Team based in Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that support the entire global ecosystem of the Group.
Responsibilities Work on our next-generation platform to provide groceries for customers and other daily urgent needs like drinks, fruits, snacks, and batteries.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and leadership across Q-Commerce.
Be part of a cross-functional team focused on onboarding and early stages of our vendors.
Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems, analyze potential solutions including workarounds, and provide timely fixes.
Work in a goal-driven environment.
Qualifications +4 years of experience developing high-quality, reusable, maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third-party systems using SOAP / RESTful Services.
Knowledge of security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and SDLC : coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectural patterns, troubleshooting methods, and best practices.
Pragmatic engineering mindset and collaborative approach.
Belief in cross-functional teams and responsibility beyond deployment.
Experience in database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Experience in infrastructure and DevOps.
Experience with web applications.
