Restaurant Manager Madrid 5-Star Hotel | Breakfast to Dinner Service. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Madrid's most elegant all-day dining destinations, set within a brand new five-star hotel. This is a fully operational role; we are after a visible, floor-based leader who sets the tone from service to service, breakfast through to nightcap. You’ll manage a high-performing team, uphold impeccable standards, and create a seamless experience that reflects the luxury of its surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a luxury 5-star hotel environment from breakfast to night service.
