CRM SPECIALIST [Buen Salario]

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 10+ years of experience in CRM (Salesforce / Veeva) environments.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce for backend development.
• Experience with one or more frontend frameworks, such as Lightning Components or Veeva UI.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM and IQVIA tools and their integration.
• Proven experience in CRM development and web services.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience — you enjoy managing people and driving results.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly valued.
