Overview
Senior Partnerships Manager Iberia at TicketSwap. Based in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Together with the Iberia Region Lead, contribute to the growth of TicketSwap in the Iberian market, building strong relationships with key partners.
- Focus on partnership management by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success : satisfaction, performance, and retention, while spotting opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Work with the Iberia Business Developer to onboard new partners and ensure a seamless handover into long-term account management.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the region.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, aligning TicketSwap’s solutions with their goals and delivering value through operational support and strategic advice.
- Monitor trends, gather insights, and identify areas for growth or innovation in Spain and Portugal.
- Use market intelligence and partner feedback to contribute to continuous improvements across our product and services, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.).
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Represent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and partner activations to build visibility and strengthen connections.
- Travel within Spain, Portugal, and occasionally internationally will be required.
Qualifications
Native-level Spanish (Castellano) and fluent English; Portuguese and co-official languages (Catalan, Basque, etc.) are a plus.Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, or Brand / Marketing Partnerships, preferably in tech, ticketing, or live entertainment.Relationship-first approach with a commercial mindset; able to spot growth opportunities, build trust, and manage a pipeline of partnership activities.Proven success in complex stakeholder management with the ability to understand partner needs and offer tailored solutions.Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.Experience collaborating on marketing or promotional campaigns contributing to partner success and visibility.Data-driven, results-oriented approach to work.High levels of autonomy and ownership, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexible, adaptable attitude suited to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness and excitement to travel within Iberia frequently and internationally each quarter.Job Details
