Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming education across Iberia?

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

We are recruiting an Education Partnership Manager for Iberia (internally known as International Education Manager ) to promote qualifications and educational resources in Spain and possibly Portugal. The role involves meeting decision-makers at schools and public institutions, seeking opportunities in the bilingual segment for Cambridge International, and representing us at events and conferences.

About The Role

As the Education Partnership Manager, you will lead the promotion of Cambridge qualifications and educational resources across Iberia, with a big focus in Spain. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the bilingual and state education segment and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

Responsibilities include :

  • Promote Cambridge International qualifications by working with schools, public institutions, and decision-makers.
  • Manage relationships with the Spanish Ministry of Education and regional authorities to support new Cambridge schools.
  • Identify opportunities in the bilingual school market through research and engagement.
  • Assist the recognition team in collaborating with Iberian universities to improve access for Cambridge students and address their needs.
  • Represent Cambridge at regional and European events.
  • Maintain accurate records and priorities using CRM tools, working independently and managing your schedule.

About You

We are seeking someone with in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese education systems and a strong grasp of international education. You will have proven business development experience in education. In addition to a degree or equivalent education, you will be fluent in Spanish at native or C2 level, along with excellent English (C1+), both of which are essential for communicating with professionalism and clarity.

This role centres on building trusted relationships at senior levels and drawing on business development experience within education to represent Cambridge International with integrity to school leaders, teachers, distributors, and partners.

Additional role requirements :

  • Attention to detail will ensure schools always receive timely, accurate responses, while your communication skills will allow you to convey information clearly and responsively.
  • Proactive and committed to educational excellence, you'll help advance Cambridge's mission and support learners throughout the region.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound IT skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • You'll also need a valid driving licence and experience organising both local and international trips.
  • We are a hybrid working organisation, and we offer a range of flexible working options from day one. We expect most hybrid-working colleagues to spend a minimum of 40% their time (2 days per week) at their dedicated office or location . We will also consider other work arrangements if you wish to work more flexibly or require adjustments due to a disability.

Ready to pursue potential? Apply now.

We review applications on an ongoing basis, with a closing date for all applications being Wednesday 23rd July , and interviews are scheduled to take place during the week commencing 28th July .
