Your Responsibilities

• Administrative and accounting support : invoicing, expense tracking, and financial assistance.
• Document management and organization.
• CRM management and basic IT support.
• Assisting the commercial and legal teams with daily tasks.
• Marketing & Communication : Generate engaging content (property videos, presentations, social media posts) and support the creation of local marketing actions and campaigns that drive sales opportunities.
• Office coordination : supplies, maintenance, and logistics.
• Welcoming and assisting clients with top-notch service.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and sales reviews.
• Managing and boosting social media presence.
