The Head of Program & Project Management will lead the program and project management team to ensure successful project execution, focusing on profitability, costs, quality, and timing from project launch to end of production.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects related to the design and industrialization process in an international environment.
• Ensure simultaneous engineering, requirements management, and effective opportunity and risk management.
• Coordinate project team members across different business units and manage stakeholder interests.
• Provide functional leadership to the project team.
• Report project status and present updates to management committees and customers.
• Align customer and MAHLE requirements with project targets through negotiation and agreement.
• Manage changes beneficial to both customer and MAHLE, supporting negotiations during the concept and acquisition phases.
• Immediately inform relevant committees of imminent risks or deviations, including resource issues.
• Adhere to company targets, processes, and standards.
• Analyze and review performance indicators weekly and monthly, aligning with global strategy.
