Overview Job Title : Regional Aftersales Manager
About the Role :
This is a critical leadership position that oversees aftersales services within a designated region. The primary goal is to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement of dealer services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence through strategic coordination and direct engagement with dealers.
Main Responsibilities Coordinate new dealer induction with all departments.
Ensure all systems and procedures are known and accessible by the dealer collaborators.
Conduct O&J standards inspections and accept dealer services.
Provide dealers with aftersales information to establish service quality goals.
Organize regular dealer visits to review service levels, commercial policies targets, and ensure key indicators achievements.
Coordinate spare parts logistics to elevate service level.
Advise and implement individual improvement plans to elevate dealer service quality compliance and performance.
MEDIATE between the dealer and customer to achieve customer compliance and satisfaction according to established service standards.
Collaborate with Customer Care Department and Goodwill authorization.
Establish standard processes, procedures, and policies of aftersales service points and workshops.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, or related technical majors.
At least 3-5 years' experience in similar positions in the automobile industry.
Advanced level in English.
