We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development – Engineering Services to join our Technical Assistance Division in Madrid.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving business growth, operational performance, and client success within our engineering service projects.
Your role / Tu día a día
- Lead and coordinate business operations within the Technical Assistance unit, ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across key clients in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Act as the main interface between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of commitments.
- Manage the proposal and bidding process in collaboration with Business Development and Technical teams.
- Monitor KPIs, project performance, and financial results to optimize operations.
- Support recruitment and allocation of engineering profiles to ongoing and new projects.
- Promote best practices, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with Vulcain Group objectives.
What we’re looking for / Lo quebuscamos
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical consulting, engineering services, or technical assistance environments.Strong background in client-facing roles, project coordination, and business operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory);French or German is a plus.
Familiarity with the engineering and energy sectors and tools such as Excel, Power BI, ERP / CRM platforms.
