Logistics Coordinator (M / F / d)

Rheinmetall Expal Munitions S.A.U. in Madrid is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

Position Details :

Location : Av. del Partenón, Madrid

Contract Type : Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities :

Manage land transportation for export / import and domestic clients.

Coordinate with Guardia Civil at factories & airports and prepare relevant documentation.

Communicate and coordinate with EXPAL clients to ensure timely deliveries.

Manage and prepare transportation documentation according to signed contracts and associated letters of credit.

Handle transportation invoicing.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management in industrial companies.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Full professional proficiency in English.

Availability to travel and a valid driving license.

Preferred : Studies related to Administration, Engineering, or similar; knowledge of Explosives Regulations, customs clearance, and transportation documentation.
