Position Overview

The Global Production Director – Immersive Exhibitions & Kids Attractions will lead and advance the planning, execution, and operational excellence of immersive exhibitions and kids-focused attractions worldwide. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The Production Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, standardize best practices, and ensure consistent quality across diverse markets and formats. You will be the key production authority for the vertical—setting quality benchmarks, streamlining processes, and ensuring a consistent, engaging, and safe audience experience across all geographies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute production strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential markets and venues, assessing resources, costs, and operational impacts.
• Create phased expansion roadmaps with rollout priorities.
