Senior Delivery Manager (Blockchain / AI)

We are looking for a motivated Senior Delivery Manager with previous experience working on Blockchain / DLT or AI projects who desires to solve the greatest challenges and make a positive impact on the teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget Time Resources Risks Tasks)
• Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process supported by other team members
• Draft proposals for clients
• E2E responsibility in projects
• Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
• Integration and set up of processes about compliance Security and Business continuity requirements
• Risk management of projects
• Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes.
• Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
• Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
• Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

Must Have :

Masters degree (computer science or similar) or equivalent experience

10 years of relevant experience in the IT sector of which at least 6 years as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Understanding of software development and architectures.

Previous experience working on Blockchain / DLT or AI projects.

Strong problem-solving skills

Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have :

Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets).

Business-process modelling skills.
