This position involves overseeing the creation, development, and maintenance of our global rewards strategy. This includes designing and implementing total compensation, benefits, and mobility programs to enhance employee value propositions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with other Global Centers of Excellence to ensure proper implementation in all geographies through local People Services areas.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in Total Rewards.
Preferred qualifications include a Business MBA or Master's in HR.
