Total Rewards Specialist

Designing and delivering Total Rewards programs is a key role within the organization.

About the Job

This position involves overseeing the creation, development, and maintenance of our global rewards strategy. This includes designing and implementing total compensation, benefits, and mobility programs to enhance employee value propositions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with other Global Centers of Excellence to ensure proper implementation in all geographies through local People Services areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Program Development : Design, evolve, develop, and maintain total rewards programs including total compensation, benefits, and mobility.
• Communication : Suggest and develop communication strategies to inform employees about rewards programs.
• Policies and Procedures : Prepare and participate in salary surveys, establish salary structures, and develop policies and procedures for equitable and competitive employee compensation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in Total Rewards.

Preferred qualifications include a Business MBA or Master's in HR.
