Overview
The Senior Specialist, Acceptance Solutions will be part of the European Core Product team which is responsible for advancing Mastercard acceptance solution efforts throughout the Europe region. The Senior Specialist, Acceptance Solutions will play a critical role in the evolution of our acceptance product strategy as we evolve. They will be responsible for supporting the execution of acceptance solutions including scaling Tokenization, Click to Pay, analyzing underpenetrated verticals by driving our vision to commit to reaching 100% e-commerce tokenization by 2030 in Europe. The team supports merchants, PSPs, channel partners in the payment ecosystem through bringing state of art acceptance solutions. We are a highly cross-functional team that is focused on growing Mastercard’s footprint in the acceptance solutions space and providing our customers with best-in-class payment experience. The role will require strong coordination effort between regional & global product teams, sales organization, merchants, PSPs, channel partners to ensure execution of our strategy and drive revenue.

Role
- Monitor key partner performances and address any underperforming issues in collaboration with Commercialization, global product and partner account team.
- Lead partner meeting preparations, slide deck creation including tailor made presentations
- Identify and drive the successful solution proposals and designs for acceptance solutions partners (merchants, PSPs, channel partners).
- Analyze to identify underpenetrated verticals to support GTM strategy
- Lead opportunity pipeline at product & partner level.
- Support GTM strategy workstreams including discovery and solution development workshops with the customers and design best in class consumer experiences in collaboration with Europe Product Management Team.
- Support interaction with regional and global acceptance product partnership teams to review and execute regional needs.
- Build detailed technical understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions in partnership with Europe Product Management team
- Work closely with the Product Commercialization team to support the creation of partner case studies, monitor performances, and quantify opportunities for partners in their respective areas.
