Descripción del trabajoMinimum 6 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, SLA). Hands-on experience with installation and upgrading of CAD, CAE, and other applications. Good knowledge in Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam product license administration and product assignments, installation, and bug fixes. Hands-on experience in license administration of various COTS applications like AutoCAD, Revit. Experience with license monitoring tools, process monitoring tools, license harvesting, and license reporting tools. Fluent in English, Spanish and French. Workplace : Remote. Work Schedule : 1 PM – 10 PM BST plus on-call responsibilities. Permanent contract – indefinite contracts from the first day.
