Blockchain Expert

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Technology Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect blockchain protocols and decentralized applications (dApps).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute blockchain technology strategies.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of blockchain systems.

Research and integrate emerging blockchain technologies and trends.

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Maintain technical documentation for blockchain solutions.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.

Minimum 5 years of professional blockchain development experience.

Proficiency in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar blockchain platforms.

Strong grasp of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.

Experience with smart contract development using Solidity or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with blockchain tools and frameworks.

Knowledge of consensus algorithms, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and decentralized networks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Prior experience leading blockchain projects and managing technical teams is advantageous.
