IT Technician

Essential Functions

• Works on assigned projects related to property systems
• Provides end user support for property systems
• Assist with Guest & Administrative Network Issues
• Management of PBX switch and admin phone and assistance with guest room phones
• Makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the current systems
• Takes a proactive approach in assisting with vendor upgrades and property specific systems
• Provide and / or coordinate training for end users on resort systems.
• Guest Room and Meeting room support for HSIA and telephone services. MAC orders for the PBX system.
• Handle all meeting space setups and group technology business. The tech will need to set Phone and High Speed Internet access lines for groups and in-house meetings, as they are needed. The tech will need to have these set and tested pre meeting, and be ready to respond to the guests changing needs as pop up requests arise.As technology is an essential part of business meetings, service and a can do attitude are a must.
• Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicates all pertinent information to the IT team
• Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies and equipment.
• Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned
