Location : Remote (Madrid, Spain), Investment team based in A CoruñaA specialist asset management firm with a strong track record across both listed UCITS funds and private equity closed-ended funds. With an entrepreneurial culture and a client-centric mindset, the firm is dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions to institutional investors and wealth management platforms. The team prides itself on deep product expertise, strong investor relationships, and a dynamic approach to fund distribution.The OpportunityThis is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join the distribution and investor relations team based in Madrid. You will work closely with the investment team located in A Coruña, managing and developing relationships within the institutional distribution channel, with a particular focus on wealth management clients. The role offers the chance to work across both liquid (UCITS) and illiquid (private equity) strategies, driving business development and strengthening the firm’s presence in key markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with institutional investors, wealth managers, and private banksDrive distribution of both UCITS and private equity closed-ended funds across target channelsAct as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing product updates and investment insightsPartner with investment and product teams in A Coruña to tailor solutions for client needsSupport capital raising initiatives and contribute to the development of the distribution strategyRepresent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry eventsWhat We’re Looking For4–7 years of experience in fund distribution, investor relations, or institutional salesStrong network within the institutional / wealth management distribution channelKnowledge of both UCITS and private equity fund structuresProven ability to raise and manage assets across multiple strategiesExcellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skillsSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentDegree educated in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplineWhy Join?Work across both liquid and private equity strategies in a growing, entrepreneurial firmDirect responsibility for institutional relationships and capital raising activitiesJoin a collaborative team with a flat structure and high visibility to senior leadershipCompetitive compensation package with strong performance-based incentivesOpportunity to make a real impact on the growth trajectory of the businessApply now with your CV to explore this opportunity.
