Job description
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will be pivotal in fostering customer loyalty and driving our growth by ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our services and solutions.
As a crucial member of our Customer Success team, you will ensure client satisfaction and success in the dynamic healthcare technology landscape. This includes building meaningful client relationships, guiding seamless implementation, and driving full adoption of Legit.Health solutions.
To achieve this, you will work hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Product Development teams—helping us transform feedback into innovation and identify opportunities for growth. Together with our Customer Success Manager, you will create strategies that boost customer retention, convert pilots into long-term contracts, and ensure our users get the most out of our technology.
What you need to achieve
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
- Encourage customers to advocate for Legit.Health through case studies, testimonials, or referrals.
Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Support Oversight
Lead the implementation and support team to transition clients from sales to active use seamlessly.Guide clients through onboarding processes, customizing protocols for different client types, and facilitating their integration with our system.Optimize user support processes, ensuring all users are efficiently cared for.Travel as required to ensure successful implementation, onboarding, and achievement of client objectives.Product Adoption and Education
Educate clients on the full capabilities of our product to promote full utilization and integration into their existing systems.Assist clients in understanding and optimizing the use of Legit.Health solutions.Develop strategies for full adoption, maximizing benefits for clients and users.Provide ongoing training and guidance to clients on using solutions effectively.Feedback Loop and Advocacy
Channel client feedback to the product team to help tailor our product to client needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to advocate for customer needs and feedback.Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of customer retention.Keep clients informed about updates, new features, and best practices.Performance Monitoring and Improvement
Monitor product or service usage and performance for each client.Track and analyze data to evaluate client success and satisfaction.Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal teams for enhancements.Upselling and Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to aid clients in growth and expansion.Collaborate in strategic planning to maximize long-term value for clients.Strategic Planning and Metrics
Collaborate with clients to define specific metrics and success objectives for each implementation.Regularly track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.Continuously evaluate ROI and showcase the value clients derive from Legit.Health's products.Event Representation
Be available to travel to events, representing the company and engaging with potential and existing clients.Must have
Around 3-5 years of experience as a customer success manager, account manager, or similar.Experience in healthcare settings, either in software or a medtech company.Deep understanding of B2B customer success principles, with a proven track record.Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and interact with healthcare professionals.Natural leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating a team toward achieving shared goals.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), task and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira), and familiarity with digital health systems and regulations.Solid understanding of processes and challenges in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector. Experience with medical device software is a plus.Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation processes, and ongoing projects.Strong desire to champion customer needs internally and build and maintain long-term client relationships.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work autonomously with high motivation and energy.Team player capable of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.Travel availability 25%Important
