Location : Madrid (On-site) | Start Date : 11 / 08 / 2025

Languages : Advanced German + Advanced English (C1)

Contract : Permanent | Schedule : Mon–Fri, rotating shifts between 9 AM – 6 PM

YOUR MISSION

You'll be the voice of our client — a leading financial institution — providing top-tier customer service in both German and English, via phone and email.

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR

Fluent German speaker (minimum C1)

Advanced English (minimum C1)

Previous customer service experience

Based in Madrid or willing to relocate

WHAT WE OFFER

Permanent full-time contract (39h / week)

€22,000 gross annual salary + 1.500 euros in a sign bonus

2-month trial period

Monday–Friday rotating schedule (9 AM–6 PM)

Paid on-site training (Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–8 PM)
