We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead the development of new business opportunities in Spain.

The Senior Sales Manager will utilize strong management and sales competencies to support set objectives and develop strategies for customer relationships. This role will drive long-term strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Customer within the Region to drive sales strategy and achieve goals.
Participate in strategic planning sessions with the Sr Director of Sales and team quarterly and annually.
Support and drive corporate strategy within the assigned Region.
Plan and implement forecasts, develop relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives.
Provide solutions and recommendations to support sales strategies and new programs.
Assist the Sr Director of Sales or Director of Sales in developing and adhering to budgets.
Identify and qualify important enterprise sales opportunities.
Review sales plans regularly with senior leadership.
Act as coach, mentor, and educator to Sales Managers in the region.
Manage the development and evaluation of sales team members to meet departmental goals.
Take responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and customer relationships.
Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
This role requires a strategic, results-driven individual with expertise in :
HPP - Home, Professional, and Personal care markets
Technical processes related to plastic packaging and injection molding
Selling customized products and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
Design to industrialization sales, including thermoforming, molder fiber, and blow molding (nice to have)
Building a solid client portfolio
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
Relationship building and negotiation skills
Collaborative work across marketing, sales operations, customer support, engineering, and product development
Understanding how technology solutions solve business problems
Proven track record exceeding sales quotas over multiple years
Experience working with sales organizations and technical teams
Experience in building sales teams, budgeting, and cost control
Strong interpersonal skills for influencing and negotiating with director-level employees and major clients
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, advertising, business administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience / training
Location : Based in Spain (Spanish and / or Catalan speaking), preferably within a 3-hour radius of Tortosa, connected with the manufacturing plant and its team.
