Engineering Manager for FintechKon'nichiwa!We're managing a role for an a well-founded (Series B) Fintech & Security company that helps banks and financial institutions with Digital Identity technology (Leader in their sector).This is a strategic position, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Barcelona office, working directly with the Amsterdam office at a strategic level and managing the team in Barcelona (referent in Spain).Responsibilities : Be able to drive the software engineering team's best practices2x Agile teams in BCN (6-12 people)Expand, grow, retain & promote teamsLead technical discussions and learning sessionsDevelop more leaders within their teamCollaborate on product directionRequierments : 8+ years in software product engineering3+ years as a software engineering leader / managerExperience & passion for hiring, growing, developing and guiding peopleExcellent knowledge of modern web application development (Azure,.
