Overview Job Title : Dermatology Senior Manager

Description : This senior leadership position focuses on leading global projects and programs within the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) space, emphasizing dermatology innovations. The role drives innovation and product development from concept to market launch as part of a global Project and Portfolio team.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project and program management for global in-licensing and new product development initiatives.

Develop and launch dermatology products, including anti-dandruff and emollient items.

Build high-performing cross-functional project teams with defined roles and responsibilities.

Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across global functions.

Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, scope, resources, and reporting.

Oversee scope management, including requirements gathering and alignment with key stakeholders.

Identify synergies across projects and support portfolio-level management within product categories.

Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Stay informed on market trends through external engagements.

Conduct risk assessments and manage escalations as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Portfolio Management, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Finance, and regional affiliates.

Requirements University degree in a scientific discipline, such as Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology, or Chemistry.

7–10 years of experience in dermatology or dermocosmetics within CHC or FMCG sectors, with successful product launches.

Strong understanding of product development and regulatory pathways for OTC, cosmetics, and food supplements.

Experience in additional CHC categories is beneficial.

Solid marketing acumen and consumer insight capabilities.

Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Demonstrated success in driving innovation from concept to launch.

Results-oriented with a growth mindset.

Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Business acumen and project management certification are advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Fluent English communication skills.

Based in Spain.
