Role Overview As a Solutions Consultant – Cloud & Modern Workplace, you will be part of a dynamic presales team that supports organizations in shaping their digital transformation strategies.

You will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to define, design, and position modern cloud infrastructures and workplace collaboration environments that drive agility, security, and business growth.

While a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies is key, exposure to AWS services for cloud computing or Google Workspace for collaboration will be highly valuable.

Candidates with interest and curiosity across multiple platforms will find exciting opportunities to expand their expertise.

This role is ideal for professionals with around 2–3 years of experience who are passionate about customer engagement, technical solutioning, and eager to grow their careers in a client-facing presales capacity.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Presales Support Assist in scoping and shaping workplace and cloud solutions that align with client needs, combining Microsoft, AWS, and Google capabilities where appropriate.

Workplace & Collaboration Advisory Support presales engagements for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, One Drive) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet).

Cloud Enablement Contribute to the design of public cloud infrastructures, including Azure Virtual Machines, AWS EC2 instances, cloud storage solutions, identity and access management, and foundational networking.

Technical Engagements & Business Value Communication Help prepare and deliver client-facing workshops, presentations, and demos, showcasing how cloud and workplace solutions create tangible business outcomes.

Migration Planning & Execution Assist in planning migrations, such as from legacy email systems to Exchange Online or Gmail, and endpoint modernization initiatives leveraging Intune or Google Endpoint Management.

Security Posture Reviews Participate in assessments to strengthen Zero Trust architectures, endpoint protection strategies (Microsoft Defender, AWS Security Hub), and security compliance (Microsoft Secure Score, Google DLP).

Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing Stay informed on the evolution of Microsoft, AWS, and Google technologies, contributing insights and reusable assets to the broader team.

Modern Workplace Technologies Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, One Drive Google Workspace : Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Chat Endpoint Management : Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Google Workspace Security Center Identity Management : Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Google Identity Services Compliance and Security : DLP policies, Sensitivity Labels, Secure Score optimization Public Cloud Fundamentals Azure : Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database AWS : EC2, S3, IAM, Elastic Load Balancing, AWS Backup Basic networking, identity governance, and monitoring concepts across cloud platforms Candidates with exposure to Microsoft platforms, complemented by emerging experience or interest in AWS and Google Workspace, are encouraged to apply.

Desired Certifications While certifications are not mandatory, pursuing industry-recognized credentials will be positively valued.

Certifications such as : Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Microsoft 365 Certified : Fundamentals (MS-900) AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Google Cloud Digital Leader Microsoft 365 Certified : Security Administrator Associate (SC-900 or SC-300) ITIL Foundation v4 Candidates who have started or are actively pursuing these certifications demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional growth.

Requirements 2–3 years of experience in IT consulting, system administration, technical support, or related fields.

Interest in developing a strong presales and solution design skillset.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, communicating effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and motivation to grow across cloud and workplace disciplines.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Direct experience across Microsoft, AWS, or Google platforms is highly valued; however, curiosity, initiative, and customer-first mindset will be essential for success in this role.
