Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager , the Digital Marketing Specialist leverages digital channels like social media and Google ads to boost brand awareness and drive conversions aligned with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic digital marketer eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities :
Plan, implement, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across digital channels to increase engagement, lead generation, and content acquisition.Create and test engaging content (copy, creatives) for digital channels.Collaborate with teams across the organization to meet targets and support growth.Support team members on social media best practices.Manage daily conversations on feeds.Monitor and report on campaign performance; provide recommendations to maximize ROI.About You :
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).Experience in organic social media posting.Proficiency with Ads Managers (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Google), Google Analytics, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr).Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills; clear communication of complex topics. Native-level English.Good knowledge of Google Ads.Ability to produce data-driven presentations and reports.Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.Flexible, results-oriented, and analytical mindset.Passion for Frontiers’ mission to make science open and promote healthy lives.Desirable :
Google Ads and Analytics certifications.Experience with Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing.Application Requirements :
