Overview
To further expand our international presence, we are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who is highly hands-on and an expert in performance marketing, to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms focused on user acquisition and ROI optimization.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize daily digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram), and DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon Ads).
Drive new player acquisition through multichannel performance strategies.
Define audiences, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.
Monitor and optimize CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and product teams to maximize full-funnel profitability.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns.
Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and business metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV).
