We're seeking an
OT Cybersecurity Specialist
with hands-on experience in Nozomi Networks, a strong background in OT infrastructure, and a proven ability to manage critical incidents in OT environments. Join our team and play a vital role in securing and protecting operational systems!
Your main tasks and accountabilities will be :
Manage and escalate critical OT security incidents using a structured L1 → L2 → L3 model, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Lead incident response and threat containment in OT environments, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational safety.
Optimize Nozomi Networks platform by tuning detection rules, reducing false positives, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Design and maintain advanced playbooks to automate and streamline Nozomi-related incident response.
Continuously improve threat detection logic and strengthen system protection.
Act as an OT security expert, guiding teams and addressing complex security challenges.
Communicate effectively with diverse teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with Nozomi certifications and maintain proficiency in the platform.
What do we expect from you?
Experience in OT security, particularly in site-based environments.
Emphasis on hands-on, on-the-ground exposure to operational technology systems and environments.
Specific familiarity with Nozomi platform.
Details on duration of experience with Nozomi tools.
Certifications in Nozomi are highly desirable and expected.
Ability to explain and operate within a structured L1 → L2 → L3 escalation model.
Familiarity with handling workflows, including response timelines and communication protocols.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (valuable).
