Project Manager for OT Cyber Security| Pharma (Hybrid)

Descripción del trabajo5+ years of experience in project management. Understanding of OT systems, protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender for IoT). Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum). Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC 62443) is a plus. English fluent. 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible) 4 days by remote & 1 day on-site Salary package based on your profile. Permanent Contract. Ticket restaurant included in-office hours. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to offer service to a multinational pharmaceutical company, in the OT Cybersecurity area.
TASKS
- Coordinate global rollout activities across OT environments and regions.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support risk and issue management.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Organize and lead project meetings (status, steering, etc.).
- Track progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate with OT site leads, cybersecurity teams, and third-party partners.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal governance.
- Support change management and coordination.
- Advise on the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements, including network segmentation, access control and asset inventory.
- Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables related to OT cybersecurity.
