With increasing sustainability demands, complex biofuels documentation, and ever-changing regulatory requirements (e.g., ISCC, REACH, CLP, RED III), Moeve is uniquely positioned to leverage compliance as a strategic advantage while expanding our renewable footprint globally.We are now looking for a Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance Operator to strengthen our HSEQ – Trading team, ensuring that every transaction is executed with accuracy, traceability, and integrity.The Responsibilities We’ll Trust You WithAs a Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance Operator, you will : Execute sustainability documentation for biofuels and chemicals, ensuring validity, completeness, and traceability in line with certification schemes (e.g., ISCC).Manage the allocation and optimization of sustainability documents to maximize end-to-end value while guaranteeing compliance with customs, tax, and biofuel regulations across countries.Administer and reconcile bio-ticket operations (purchase / sale, exchange, reconciliation), acting as the key counterpart for Traders and cross-functional teams.Monitor REACH registrations, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and GHS classification, ensuring regulatory compliance across all chemical trading operations.Track, analyze, and implement regulatory changes into operational processes, checklists, and governance frameworks.Support internal systems and data models, coordinating with IT to improve controls and troubleshoot issues.Prepare sustainability, compliance, and incident reports; contribute to audit readiness and actively participate in internal and external certification audits.Drive continuous improvement in compliance, safety, and sustainability performance, ensuring Moeve remains a trusted and proactive player in renewable trading.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who can thrive at the intersection of sustainability, regulation, and trading operations.Basic Qualifications2–3+ years’ experience in trading, supply, or logistics operations with exposure to sustainability compliance and REACH.Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Trade / Operations, or similar field with regulatory specialization.Strong knowledge of biofuels sustainability schemes (ISCC or others), REACH / SDS requirements, and trading deal cycles.Advanced skills in Excel / Power BI, with proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Personal Attributes & SkillsAccuracy and attention to detail – “first time right” mindset.Analytical and structured thinker – comfortable with regulations and data.Effective communicator – able to engage with traders, suppliers, authorities, and auditors.Strong time management and ability to handle competing priorities.Continuous improvement mindset – committed to raising standards in compliance and sustainability.An Inclusive and Rewarding Place to WorkThere has never been a more exciting time to join Moeve Trading.
