We are expanding our team and are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join us in managing and growing relationships with our investors.

What Will You Do

• Prepare and Manage New Investment Rounds :

Develop investment strategies and timelines for upcoming funding rounds. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for investor engagements.

Expand the company’s investor base by identifying and reaching out to potential investors. Maintain a database of prospective investors and track engagement progress.

Ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accessible to investors. Manage data security and confidentiality protocols.

Create compelling presentations that highlight company performance, vision, and investment opportunities. Tailor materials to different investor audiences as needed.

Build financial models to support fundraising efforts and strategic planning. Analyze financial data to provide insights for management and investors.

Work with Finance, Communication, Marketing, and Strategy teams to prepare messaging for the financial community, including earnings calls and investor presentations.

Assist in scheduling and content creation for earnings releases and press statements.

Develop a robust understanding of key business metrics. Identify and track themes for investor discussions to inform senior management.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Participate in one-on-one meetings with analysts and investors as needed.

Create investor profiles, fact sheets, and briefing materials for calls and meetings.

Requirements

A full-time permanent contract, following a trial period.

Up to 25 days’ holiday.
