Overview
Head of Real Estate Italy – Permanent – Barcelona. This role is part of papernest, a company building a single platform to manage all subscriptions. We are looking for a leader to manage strategic partnerships in Italy, acquiring partners and supervising one Strategic Partnership Executive in charge of account management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for real estate and bank partners.
- Define objectives for the team and mentor the team to drive deal closings (acquisitions or upsells) and account strategy.
- Close the biggest accounts as an individual contributor.
- Steer the business unit and run performance analysis to inform decisions (e.g., recruitment); own the P&L in Italy from revenue to margin generation.
- Report performance to the Head of Partnerships; lead quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct analyses including root cause investigations and market sizing; identify growth levers and refine go-to-market strategy.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team (currently one FTE, potentially more in the future).
Requirements
3 years in strategy consulting or 5 years in enterprise sales (management position).Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Ambition to grow within the organization.What We Offer
