What You’ll Be Doing Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will mainly come from sports clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website

Manage the incoming chats and tickets offering empathy and technical knowledge.

Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process

Be responsible for Customer’s happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer!

Who You’ll Be Playing With Before starting the match, we want to share with you who your team players will be : Customer Care Team, Customer Success Specialists, Onboarding Specialists, Regional Managers, and more!

Good knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools

Native in Dutch and fluent in English
