Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of roadside systems in large-scale international projects. This role requires combining project management expertise with technical knowledge to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise roadside system installations.
- Manage activities between project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead installation teams and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Apply engineering knowledge to understand electronic and roadside system integration.
- Drive problem-solving and identify solutions for installation challenges.
- Lead and motivate technical teams during implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has :
Proven project management experience, preferably in roadside or infrastructure system implementation.Practical background in on-site installations and technical team coordination.Strong understanding of roadside technologies and components.Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and ability to communicate with development teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.Leadership qualities to manage and motivate people across functions.Strong organizational and communication skills for an international environment.Languages : English (mandatory); German or Spanish would be an advantage.Benefits
