Payroll Ensure that all payroll related queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly
Create and review contracts, changes to collective agreements and salary information
Work closely with outsourced payroll office to ensure that all information is up-to-date and correct
Manage the monthly local payroll process
Management of the entities in payroll; responsible for payroll reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly)
Support yearly internal and external audit processes
People Admin Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and any other payroll and HR records; issuing confirmations of employment (Employer certificate)
Reporting & tracking of sick leave
Administration of health contribution benefit
Maintain HRIS system TalenPass and keep current employee data and update organisational charts
General recruitment administration
Administration of UCAGECI system and keeping data up to date on a daily basis
Assist with the production of ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS
Benefits administration (meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.)
Onboarding, promotion, internal moves, terminations administration
Day-to-day general duties include providing administrative support to the People Business Partners and P&C Director; handling general correspondence and queries; assisting with process and procedure reviews and recommending improvements
This role is key in supporting the GANT Spain side of the business and building strong relationships and professional credibility across the business together with the People Business Partner.
This role is responsible for general payroll and HR administration tasks.
