Senior User Acquisition (Mobile Apps)
specialist who excels at driving success and profitability in the mobile app space. This role combines technical expertise with leadership in major projects and functional management responsibilities. If you're ready to shape the future with us, we want you on our team!WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGStrategy and Campaign Management :
Ideate, create, and manage app marketing campaigns across various paid social channels.Optimize and scale international app marketing campaigns to meet business goals, focusing on CPA and ROAS.Utilize automated Tableau reporting to present results effectively.Audit campaigns and identify areas for improvement.Data Analysis and Insights :
Identify correlations between key performance metrics to enhance user acquisition strategies.Analyze campaign data using CSV files and large Excel reports.Coordinate with analysts to develop or improve dashboards for team and clients.Creative Briefing and Collaboration :
Brief creative teams on banners and videos for campaigns.Stay updated on latest platform developments and best practices for Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.Automation and Innovation :
Leverage automation features to improve campaign efficiency.Test and report on new ad products, including alpha / beta tests.Identify bottlenecks and improve processes.Team Leadership and Growth :
Lead and motivate a team of app marketers.Encourage skill development and reward performance.Collaborate with management to acquire new clients and represent the company at industry events.WHAT YOU HAVEExperience and Skills :
At least 3 years in app marketing leadership roles.Deep knowledge of app tracking developments.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Experience with performance metrics like CPM, CPA, ROAS.Industry Knowledge :
Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, etc.)Experience with paid search platforms (ASA, Google, Bing, etc.)Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.Soft Skills :
