• Risk Management : Proactively manage risks and dependencies to ensure business continuity.
• Financial Oversight : Oversee invoicing, cost control, and contract management for transparency and financial health.
• Value Addition : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
• Team Leadership : Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration across stakeholders.
• Reporting and Insights : Provide regular progress reports and strategic insights to clients and leadership.
