As the Cargo Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations at our Madrid facility, collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners.

This role is crucial to implementing our operational strategy, ensuring robust performance, and delivering exceptional service to airlines and logistics clients.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cargo operations with internal departments (Operations, HR, Compliance, Commercial) and external customers.

Build and manage strong relationships with airlines, handling agents, and logistics partners.

Ensure high performance and compliance by adhering to operational procedures, safety protocols, customs regulations, and internal audits.

Minimize risks through effective business continuity plans.

Meet and exceed SLAs with clients and third parties.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
