Overview ResMed is seeking a Specialist Procurement (m / f / d) for the Madrid, Spain office. This role is initially on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities Independently obtaining and reviewing quotes

Collaborating with product management or relevant departments on product launches

Placing orders (for both stock-managed and non-stock-managed items)

Invoice verification and approval

Handling supplier complaints and initiating corrective actions

Procuring QM certificates and supplier declarations

Independently managing inventory and stock control

Creating and developing reports (e.g., shipping data, procurement KPIs, SOX reports)

Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g., product range reduction)

Creating and maintaining article master data

Preparing export documents (pro forma invoices and export declarations)

Participating in and being responsible for internal and external audits of the department

Qualifications Completed studies or vocational training in business administration or a similar qualification

At least 3 years of experience in procurement

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts

Excellent organizational skills

Fluent German (spoken and written), good English skills are a plus
