Procurement Specialist - Automotive

EBRO is looking for an

Automotive Buyer

for Spain. Working within the EBRO Purchasing team, the role involves creating and managing supplier relationships to ensure supply for the launch of our new vehicles and to achieve EBRO’s targets.

Your responsibilities :

Supplier Management : building effective internal and external relationships.

Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers and registering new suppliers in the system.

Supporting the creation of new procedures, structures, and formats to help achieve EBRO’s objectives.

Collaborating in sourcing and procurement activities related to EBRO models, including Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).

Investigating new supply markets, including assessing suppliers’ capabilities.

Performing a variety of tasks with flexibility and autonomy, including day-to-day administrative tasks.

Ensuring supply continuity within the supplier portfolio in line with EBRO’s targets.

Your profile :

University degree or higher education, preferably in Technical Engineering.

Advanced level of English.

Knowledge of procurement management.

More than 4 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the automotive sector.

Strong initiative and ability to make autonomous decisions.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Ability to create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts.

High organizational and planning capacity.

Process monitoring and continuous improvement skills.
