About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced product leader with deep expertise in Sports betting to define and lead the sportsbook product vision at a strategic level. As Director of Product, Sports Betting you will own the long-term strategy, innovation roadmap, and overall product lifecycle for sportsbook offerings globally, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market trends. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, collaborate across functions (trading, UX, data, technology, marketing, compliance, analytics & BI), and champion user-centric, data-driven decision making.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

Strategic Leadership & Vision :

• Define and evangelize a clear, ambitious sportsbook product vision aligned to company strategy and market opportunities (trading, UX, CRM, retention / loyalty, mobile-first experiences.
• Develop medium- and long-term product roadmaps that balance innovation, growth, risk, and operational excellence.
• Drive market, competitor, and regulatory analysis to shape product strategy and to ensure competitive differentiation and compliance.
• Define and track product KPIs / OKRs / metrics for revenue growth, user acquisition & retention, product performance, and ROI, report regularly to senior leadership.
