We’re looking for a Product Development & Lifecycle Manager who’s passionate about taking products from idea to launch and managing their success long after they hit the market.

Role Overview :

As our Product Development & Lifecycle Manager, you will spearhead product launches from the ground up. You’ll bring new products to life while ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce platforms. If you have a background in beauty and wellness and a passion for creating products that enhance customers' lives, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end development and lifecycle of physical products from idea, design, and sampling to manufacturing, launch, and optimization.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, marketing, and operations teams to bring new innovations to life on time and on budget.

Oversee formulation, packaging, quality control, and supplier communication.

Track performance and customer feedback to identify improvement or phase-out opportunities.

Manage timelines, production calendars, and documentation for all launches.

Partner with e-commerce and creative teams to ensure smooth online launches across Shopify and digital channels.

Research market trends and competitors to guide product innovation and differentiation.

Required Qualifications :

~5+ years of experience in product development or lifecycle management (beauty, wellness, or consumer goods preferred).

~ Proven ability to take products from idea to launch, including product development, manufacturing, and e-commerce execution.

~ Strong understanding of Shopify (or Shopify Plus) and tools like Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or similar.

~ Excellent project management and communication skills.

~ A collaborative, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and product execution.
