AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) refers to the support provided to the project owner (MOA) in managing and delivering successful projects.
In an SAP Concur Travel & Expenses project, the AMOA role supports the ISIT & Finance / Administration areas during implementation, ensuring the solution meets business needs. This position acts as a bridge between functional teams (Finance / Administration, Travel Management) and technical / consulting teams, ensuring that the design, development, and deployment of SAP Concur align with the company's financial and expense management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Needs Analysis : Identify business requirements related to travel and expenses.
Requirements Specification : Document functional requirements (travel flows, expense policies, approval workflows).
Project Coordination : Ensure alignment between key users, Finance / Admin, and SAP consultants.
Testing & Validation : Prepare test scenarios, coordinate UAT, validate corrections.
Change Management : Support communication, training, and adoption among end users.
Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial regulations, and standards.
AMOA in the SAP Concur Project Lifecycle :
Initiation : Identify stakeholders (Finance, HR, Travel, IT), define business objectives (expense control, compliance), draft initial scope.
Requirements : Conduct workshops, document travel / expense policies, identify necessary integrations (ERP / SAP FI, HR), prioritize needs.
Design : Validate SAP Concur configurations, ensure alignment with Finance / Admin processes.
Development : Liaise with functional / technical consultants, answer business-related questions, monitor progress.
Testing : Define UAT scenarios, coordinate testing with key users, validate fixes.
Deployment : Support go-live, train users, monitor adoption.
Post-Go-Live : Collect feedback, manage continuous improvements, document lessons learned.
Skills and Tools : Required Skills
Project Management (PMO) : planning, tracking, reporting.
Functional analysis and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of Travel Management and Expense processes in Finance / Administration.
Experience or knowledge of SAP Concur Travel & Expenses (highly desirable).
Basic knowledge of integration with SAP Hana : FI / CO, HR.
