SciNova are supporting an international Diagnostics scale-up who are pioneering industry-leading advancements in diagnostic kit production for both molecular POC and antigen / antibody testing. Our client is searching for scientifically minded yet commercially driven professionals who thrive in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. This is a multi-faceted position where you will be responsible for driving new business development, running global marketing campaigns and offering technical support to their growing customer base throughout Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute a multitude of different technical sales and marketing strategies, targeting a global customer base across Europe.
- Pursue lead generation activities and actively participate in winning and closing new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product development, regulatory affairs) to align marketing initiatives with core company objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt and refine strategies.
- Analyse sales data, track KPIs, and report on performance to direct leadership.
- Manage and oversee the execution of conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
- Offer dedicated technical support to the designated territory.
Qualifications
MSc or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred.Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in sales / business development within the Biotech / Diagnostic industry, with some experience at a leading Genomics organisation or single cell sequencing player.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within Europe.What the client offers
